I work from a integrated humanistic person centred approach. You may be wondering what does that mean. For me it means that we are two human beings walking a path together to assist you in finding the answers you may be looking for. I believe in following your journey and adapting my work to your needs and goals for therapy. In a way that respects your innate wisdom in interpreting your current life challenges.

My focus in therapy is to hold a space where you feel safe to explore what has brought you to therapy, with compassion, acceptance and kindness.

One of my passions in life is trying to understand why am I here, and why do I do what I do.

I work on a one-to-one basis within my private practise. My practise is based in North Bristol. I am offering you the space where we can work within a confidential and safe space.

Working online offers a different way of working which is effective although different to working on a one-to-one basis. This way of working offers us a opportunity to work from anywhere in the world as longs as we have good internet access.

Working outdoors uses nature as a therapy room.

Working outdoors offers us a space in nature, to support the work we will do together. The freedom of putting one foot in front of another while talking through what may have brought you to therapy. Nature is our therapy room.
